I’m Corrie Gulsrud, founder of The STR Shop and an operations & growth strategy consultant specializing in short-term rentals. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled vacation rental programs from the ground up—growing portfolios from zero to 80+ properties, and overseeing 150+ luxury homes at a five-star resort.
My vision for The STR Shop is simple: to help homeowners and property managers succeed long-term with guest-ready homes, clear standards, and data-driven systems. I combine hands-on experience with a passion for owner education, so every home and portfolio is positioned to thrive.
